Grand Traverse Bay Underwater Preserve Council

The Grand Traverse Bay Underwater Preserve is a community based movement to maintain an underwater preserve in Grand Traverse Bay. The purpose of the preserve is to promote underwater recreation and Maritime Heritage & Tourism in the Great Lakes. 

                   Mission Statement

To sustain an Underwater Preserve by enhancing education, research and preservation of our Great Lakes and maritime heritage, and by the promotion of tourism and public recreation.
