Yuba Wreck

GPS Location: N44° 49.616’ W85° 27.968’

Depth: 16-18'

Site Length: 92.8'     Width: 36.5'

Gross Tonnage: N/A     Cargo: Possibly Pig Iron

Launched: N/A

Wrecked: 1894 est.

Description: This shallow wreck lies in about 16 feet of water. It is the remains of a possible schooner sunk in 1894 (estimated). Unfortunately, not much is known about this wreck. There is a possibility that it is the schooner, Two Fannies. The remains of the ship are surprisingly mostly free of zebra mussel encrustation.
